While in college, Daren turned the idea of rewarding consumers for online activities into a profitable reality. He has enthusiastically bootstrapped a dorm room hobby company into an International marketing company with annual revenues over $20 million. He is active in the MN start-up community as an investor, mentor and advisor. Daren also plays a mean game of poker and desperately craves a hole-in-one.

Chief Technology Officer
Previously Vice President of Development for Jump Technologies and co-founder of Analytical Solutions, Tom leads the Research and Development team responsible for infrastructure and product development. Outside of the office, Tom spends his time with family enjoying the great outdoors, which usually involves a variety of activities including hiking, waterskiing, snow skiing and fishing.

VP of Business Development
Joseph founded SendEarnings, a million-member online loyalty site that was acquired by InboxDollars in 2005. Now, he leads all business development efforts. A proud, active father of two, Joseph loves to play with data even outside of work through golf, poker, and fantasy football.

Sr. Director of Data & Email Compliance
Data fuels Brian’s fire. He leverages his love for data in powering our Research and Development team with insights to ensure optimization of our always improving product offering. On the side, he’s a trivia and snowboarding aficionado who’s just as happy playing with his dog as he is staying current with new technology.

As an economics guru, Mike leverages a data driven approach to leading the marketing acquisition department. He also leads our business intelligence and Internationals business efforts. When not immersed in the profusion of data, he spends his time with family, watching sports, and playing golf.

Beth oversees the Partnerships and Account Management teams. She drives sales strategy and account growth activities that lead to the achievement of the company’s revenue goals. Beth loves the NY Yankees, Tom Petty and spending time with her awesome family.
